To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時經過長沙灣，見到呢間餐廳都排晒隊咁，於是今日經過想試吓！星期五walkin入去，要等40mins，個staff叫我留電話號碼話有位就通知我，點知25mins就有位啦！嗌左三文魚飛魚籽丼（$72），塊面都好厚肉，大大塊咁，新鮮程度都ok，而飛魚籽份量反而好多！用飛魚籽撈飯食真係一流！跟住另外加左$16有三文魚麵豉湯+中華沙律or螺肉，沙律🥗就正正常常啦～但個湯反而有驚喜！因為佢真係落左好多三文魚粒落去！而且好香三文魚油嘅香味！非常足料！而女朋友就嗌左珍寶牡丹蝦三色丼（$119），佢話帶子都大大粒好新鮮！而且啲三文魚仲要係腩位！所以食落去非常肥美！而個蝦頭佢都話幾鮮甜！蝦肉亦都彈牙！都新鮮嘅！另外仲嗌左個自家製燒三文魚鮫（廚師推介），成場覺得最好食呢個！燒得非常香！而且啲鮫位非常嫩滑！完全唔覺得鞋恰恰！So far, 呢間長沙灣隱世壽司店都性格比都算高～啲飯嘅份量起碼有兩碗！兩個人埋都係$28x! 晚餐算抵食啦！
