To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🤎𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙪 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙂𝙪𝙮長洲鐵漢🤍️近日再訪長洲，想試吓新嘢。路過見到有一間新開、主打串燒嘅餐廳。門口嘅裝修幾有心思，放滿咗串燒水成功吸引我入去食嘢😆𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭由於長洲太多嘢食啦，今次淨係試幾樣野先😋流沙奶黃脆脆平安包✨($28) 一入到去即刻俾呢樣吸引咗😍，平安包就食得多但炸嘅都係第一次，炸到外脆內軟流心好正🤤釜燒咸黃臘腸餅✨($28) 臘腸配鹹蛋黃好難唔好食，賣相幾得意，可以一試 ！😆椰汁流心球✨($18) 就算炸過都可以保持到佢本身煙韌嘅質地，但嫌椰汁唔好濃，偏淡味~辛辣明太子手羽($18)明太子都好足料，辣辣地好惹味👅另外，都叫咗雞軟骨串($15)、霜降一口牛($22)，味道唔錯但冇咩特別就唔詳寫啦。食物整體唔錯，都幾有新意，但價值偏貴，路過都可以試吓😁𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙭𝙏𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚: 8/10𝑪/𝑷 : 6.5/10𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: 8/10
