To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Score 總分: 65至70這間星月樓在長沙灣區算是數一數二點心好食嘅酒樓，今次我就第一次試下佢嘅晚巿如何.......點知，一係唔試，一試就出事.....咸濕佬煮餸，咸 !同其他樓酒多數失分位一樣，今次試孖寶: 長(腿)腳蟹伊面+金銀蛋菜苗($418) - 講堅，d菜心苗好鮮嫩。正所謂食得鹹魚抵得渴，咁食得金銀蛋就要抵得咸，這碟餸咸味重係正常嘅! 至於長腳蟹，D肉真係好嫩，好似食緊小鮮魚肉一樣。食落口，以為食緊龍躉添呀～堅正嘅，只係貴和咸羅! 可能食客都係上左年紀為主，咸少少啦～等大家感受返個味覺，咁有血壓咪高上高!?.....咳!咳! 一定係我錯，識條鐵咩我!總結: 這間酒樓晚巿好少人，坐得好舒服(同午巿好大對比)，而服務就自然好多啦，王子公主咁! 對比平時叫糊茶飲，叫到街巿買菜咁嘅氣勢先叫到，現時竟然用柔情嘅聲線就叫到茶飲啦。一黎就2，3個待應應機。服務一流啦！(晚巿限定)(特別鳴謝，一位大姐姐的服待!~)
