長輩生日,來大班樓食精品中菜就最合適不過。咁啱長輩特別鍾意食魚頭,而香港又冇咩地方整得好食,大班樓真係最佳嘅選擇。今次食左好多個餸,分別有芋泥煙鴨盒,蒸蟶子,九層塔炒蜆,烏雞蟲草花燉湯,秘製叉燒,龍躉魚頭,清炒菜心,自家製臘味番薯煲仔飯,百花雞,同埋甜品。其中最令我驚艷嘅食物包括:九層塔炒蜆:味道非常有特色,有少少辣,同埋好濃郁嘅九層塔同蕃茄醬味,份量亦都好足夠;龍躉魚頭:味道有啲似水煮魚嗰種感覺,但又唔會太鹹太辣太濃,食得出係完全冇味精嘅。而且龍躉魚頭多肉,啲皮又好滑好和味。係我喺大班樓食過最鍾意嘅餸,基本上出邊冇可能食到呢道菜!清炒菜心:呢個真係經典,冇諗過一碟青菜都可以炒到咁好食,入面鮮嫩得黎又有鑊氣,調味剛剛好。真係非一般嘅功夫菜。杞子雪糕:my all time favourite,呢個甜品真係必食,次次嚟到一定要食😋香濃嘅奶味,正!其實其他餸都好食,不過相對來講我會鍾意以上幾個餸。雖然價錢都唔平,但真係食得出一分錢一分貨,全部都係好紮實嘅功夫菜。食材新鮮,冇味精!喺香港食到呢個水平嘅中菜實在難得。
