To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 長輩生日,來大班樓食精品中菜就最合適不過。咁啱長輩特別鍾意食魚頭,而香港又冇咩地方整得好食,大班樓真係最佳嘅選擇。今次食左好多個餸,分別有芋泥煙鴨盒,蒸蟶子,九層塔炒蜆,烏雞蟲草花燉湯,秘製叉燒,龍躉魚頭,清炒菜心,自家製臘味番薯煲仔飯,百花雞,同埋甜品。其中最令我驚艷嘅食物包括:九層塔炒蜆:味道非常有特色,有少少辣,同埋好濃郁嘅九層塔同蕃茄醬味,份量亦都好足夠;龍躉魚頭:味道有啲似水煮魚嗰種感覺,但又唔會太鹹太辣太濃,食得出係完全冇味精嘅。而且龍躉魚頭多肉,啲皮又好滑好和味。係我喺大班樓食過最鍾意嘅餸,基本上出邊冇可能食到呢道菜!清炒菜心:呢個真係經典,冇諗過一碟青菜都可以炒到咁好食,入面鮮嫩得黎又有鑊氣,調味剛剛好。真係非一般嘅功夫菜。杞子雪糕:my all time favourite,呢個甜品真係必食,次次嚟到一定要食😋香濃嘅奶味,正!其實其他餸都好食,不過相對來講我會鍾意以上幾個餸。雖然價錢都唔平,但真係食得出一分錢一分貨,全部都係好紮實嘅功夫菜。食材新鮮,冇味精!喺香港食到呢個水平嘅中菜實在難得。
