To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依家真係十年都無機會去一次荃灣呢，星期六放半晝探完小慧已經四點幾，仲未食 lunch 好鬼肚餓呢 ﹗人生路不熟唔知點搵食，係附近兜黎兜去突見到間生龍，是但啦 ﹗急急醫完肚就搭巴士返大埔整頭髮。崩砂腩河走蔥，睇下您有幾崩沙先 ﹗小貓三四隻，全舖任您坐，夠清靜我鍾意。試過旺角同大埔生龍，難得路經荃灣有緣一試，安全起建食河粉穩陣呀 ﹗以前試過大埔生龍既強鹼湯麵，尤有餘悸，好驚呀 ﹗熱辣辣湯河送到，好采唔係闊身沙河粉啫，我只鍾意食幼河粉架乍，掛湯力比濶河粉更利害，口感一絲絲大愛。湯底好一般呢，略為啖口，不膠亦不濃，近乎普通牛湯底。崩沙腩高質，牛味濃厚，瘦肉軟棉夾大量肉汁、崩砂邊位嚥韌又夠膠，好食喎，滿意。自家辣椒油大路野好平凡，又唔香又唔辣，混上豉油咸咸地，好過無啦。
