說真的, 小妹很喜歡食海鮮的, 但海鮮多數要動手食(係解作要去殼0者~), 最大concern係要去到"老連"咁遠 (西貢呀, 流浮山呀, 香港仔呀><), 竟然朋友跟我說依家唔駛去到咁遠都有得食, 我當然二話不說答應了! 當晚七點半, 座無虛席, 幸好朋友們一早已訂位, 地點係九龍城丫, 對於我呢個半個原居民來講, 實在超方便, 今晚就認識左位新朋友"雷公子"~哈哈, 其實舖頭叫雷公子海鮮串燒大排檔0者一入去, 見到收銀檯的懷舊收音機, 頓時令我對"雷公子"產生興趣, 店內燈光充足, 而且地下都好乾淨, 好驚食海鮮既地方, 個地濕淋淋, 老闆見我一行六人, 先來每一人碗例湯呢到用上懷舊的"雞公"圖案碗匙, 低調中有的不平凡今晚係合掌瓜豬骨湯, 真材實料, 飲下去唔覺有味精, 起碼飲完冇口乾乾先啦! 頭打陣係"杜康醉酒瀨尿蝦", 隻瀨尿蝦以size來講(一碟之長), 都幾大隻下! 一問之下才知杜康是酒, 上檯後先聞到酒香, 還有瀨尿蝦很少會用酒去烹調, 用酒去煮的食物, 稍一控制不妥, 就會有反效果, 很佩服佢地富創意敢挑戰的勇氣瀨尿蝦中間部份, 店方已貼心去殼,
