還沒點餐,例湯先來!@0@ 是日例湯是蓮藕煲鱆魚湯。喝了一口,已感到一絲感動!足料的例湯加入了鱆魚和豬展去煲,在鹽調味後,已嚐得出濃濃的鮮味!加上,筆者對味精有敏感,對例湯沒加任何味精表示十分滿意:)推薦指數:5/5

最後,筆者和家人點選了三客小菜套餐,包括生炒排骨($48)、粟米斑塊($48)和紅燒豆腐($48)一客。先上桌的是紅燒豆腐,本來媽媽點了薑蔥煀魚腩,但爸爸堅持點一客素食,料不及豆腐如此美味!從沒有吃過紅燒豆腐的靈魂--豆腐是炸成脆口,再紅炆的!脆卜卜的豆腐更是炆得入味,沾上蠔油和醬油調製的醬汁,咸中帶甜,佐飯一流!更別看少豆腐下的小白菜和草菇,曾作走油處理,亦見鑊氣!推薦指數:5/5

然後上桌的是筆者和爸爸的至愛--生炒排骨生炒排骨稱得上出色,外層炸好後,得迅速在甜酸汁翻炒,才能保有一定脆度,而醬汁也要做得酸甜和味,埋芡後不能過稀過杰,影響食感。店家所作正乎合以上要求,排骨炸得外脆而內裡鬆化,芡汁更是酸甜開胃!而且,配料的菠蘿份量不少(筆者至愛),又適當下了少許新鮮辣椒,一點辣勁豐富了醬汁味道。推薦指數:5/5

最後上桌的粟米斑塊亦做得出色!炸漿調得好,較易「出水」的魚塊亦炸得外層微脆,內裡多汁。淋上粟米汁後,脆度較低是意料中事,但炸得不好,魚肉便會失去沾上咸脆的外層,醬汁也無法裹在醬汁表面。而店家的粟米汁稀杰調得剛好,也加了點蛋花,美味好看,而且像坊間粟米汁重手地下了雞粉,味道過咸。推薦指數:5/5

綜合餐廳的環境寬敞,服務友善,粵式小菜味道亦見高水準,而且價格定位合理,絕對是值得推薦給大家的價廉物美之選。雖然筆者打分不算十分苛刻,但給予滿分卻是非常罕見,大家以後到九龍城的話,又多一處地方選擇了。最後,要提醒大家店家只收現金,可先提取足夠現金才前來吃飯。

The sweet duck pot is another surprising dish here... as we can really taste the meat, tender and with a bit of sweet sauce on top... the Chef said that there are not that many people will take so much herb and time to marinate it before cooking, so that it's a very time consuming dish to offer to the customer with heart.

蒸北寄貝 ($168)
這個最特別的是用荷葉包著北寄貝來蒸熟, 然而, 荷葉香味滲入不到北寄貝內. 北寄貝雖然新鮮, 但肉質偏淡, 有點單調, 如果有特別醬汁去蘸, 應該更能襯托出本身的鮮甜味. 

要讚的是店內的海鮮, 吃得出全是新鮮貨, 而且整體水準不俗. 雖然侍應大叔很勤快, 但始終侍應不多, 有點應接不暇.

家人回鄉探親,只好約住同區的好同學到九龍城晚飯,同學不想吃泰國,找來九龍城區較少的中菜。店內是港式大排檔裝修,都是使用公雞碗的,個人頗喜歡。坐下不久,店員先送上例湯各一碗,是霸王花瘦肉湯。霸王花湯香,並不濃,也不鹹,味道剛好。例湯後,同學建議啤酒,我也捨命陪君子,送上的是戰鬥碗,有像有點鬥意,於是與同學飲用一番。只得二人,我們只要了三個菜色。蒙式燒烤脆豬手,外皮香脆,入口脆卜卜的感覺,送啤酒倒是一流。豬手肉質卻嫩滑,並沒有乾的感覺,很軟容易咀嚼,還點著肉汁的口感,為此豬手,也多要了兩支啤酒。秘製燒豬肋骨,外表有點燶,金黃色的,賣相已經吸引。入口軟軟,並不是想像中那種實實,難以咬開的感覺,反比豬手更為柔軟,肉味更濃,還配有點點醬汁,更覺香口。近年習慣吃蔬菜,來個上湯豆苗,上湯的味道剛好,豆苗鮮嫩,並沒有草青的味道,就連甚少吃蔬菜的同學,也讚不絕口。雖然我們二人只要三個菜式,可是店員來回為我們加添茶水,又問及是否多要啤酒等,服務可是周到,一般的大排檔並沒有的,令我們二人有點不習慣。

雷公子海鮮串燒大排檔九龍城城南道33號龍城大廈地舖今日來到九龍城城南道食飯,有海鹽蝦,錫紙包幾美味。地方是窄了少許,鄰枱說什麼也聽得清清楚楚。其實不是很想聽,今晚同舊老板聚舊。十多年前了,當年也幫她進賬不少,大家都是周圍飛的人,很多話題。先來一個老火湯,西洋菜湯,添多了一碗。豬助骨,優點是有芝蔴。仲有花添,哈哈之後來一個3D芥蘭,其實我都不知怎3D。配蒜茸包漢王重慶烤魚魚身及蒜頭都幾好食的。我朋友最喜歡外面那條舊街,放滿了泰國食品,幾特別。還有外面魚缸放了很大隻的賴尿蝦,可惜有得看,沒得食,我們已經吃飽了桂花魚。

九龍城美食好,好多人都知,同家人又來食好野。豉油皇龍鬚炒麵 –家中常食,看似容易,實做得好,炒麵炒得不錯。海鹽手插蝦 –平日少見,錫紙包著海鹽,蝦味出,蝦肉香滑。立體3D芥蘭 - 芥蘭爽口,配肉碎,送飯一流,配烤麵包,配合好。銀山火焰桶蠔 – 有火出呀,火焰燒著,砵酒蠔蠔味出,有得看有得食。

今日約左朋友7點響衣間餐廳食飯傾計,值得一讚衣度帶酒黎飲唔洗加錢我地2個人帶左2支酒,皆因朋友有點唔舒服,所以只叫左d伴酒小食,就咁就傾左成晚重要係衣度店員非常好,冇因爲我地叫左咁少食物而黑面,埋單一百五十幾蚊,我都有d唔好意思,但佢強調我地食客最緊要食得開心,有個平台我地可以輕輕鬆鬆咁飲住酒傾計響個食中式小菜既餐廳都可以西式化,我地叫左蒜蓉包,牛油蒜蓉焗野菌,鹽燒雞軟骨每碟份量都好夠,由其碟雞軟骨,好大碟,每碟價錢又唔貴,只係四十幾蚊左右,抵到喊。
