To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

門面舊式 內裏整潔

第一次來，都沒有資料蒐集，不知道什麼特別出名，後來見到有牛沙瓜，就留待下次試吧。這次點了一個牛雜幼麵，它是潮式鹵水式牛雜，麵條份量都不算太少，至少要幼麵來說都總算吃得飽；牛雜的份量也不太少，牛腸比較似粉腸的質地，味道相當普通、牛肚都挺為爽身，以我不太特別喜歡牛肚來說，味道都不太差；牛肺質地夠彈牙，夠爽身土瓜灣這個區域真有趣，往往你看見以為新式的車仔麵店，反而比較骯髒；反而這一間門面看似極為懷舊的小型麵店，反而內裏其實新式而且乾淨，除此之外，在炎熱的夏日，我進店之後，店員阿姐亦都很細心的為我開啟時髦的穿窿風扇，服務可見一斑。其後第二次來，試牛腩，豈料又乾又鞋，比煲湯豬骨的肉質還鞋，沒得救，只可當作是平價的麵條，沒特別香氣。
