To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日路經過沙田未諗到食咩，就揀了元氣壽司，等了15分鐘好快有位，現在點餐好方便，用手機自己點餐，等候又快，不方便之處，送火車出壽司，覺得食物送出來放得太高，希望不要同一個位置送出，但每次送出來，要自己起身拎，起身十幾廿次，好不方便，又要起身坐低，起來起去，太麻煩。不過，已經少了按製，之前要按，火車先回回廠。今次試了吉列炸蝦都不錯，都是喜愛選擇 天婦羅炸蝦會襯d,另類食物，是芝士炸薯條，好香脆，又自已點芝士又好配，下次再試
