To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一樣嗌嘅係門口賣廣告嘅”爆漿拉絲菠蘿包”,可惜已經賣晒菠蘿包🤦🏽‍♀️,門口個櫃原來係裝飾櫃。咁我地唯有食其他嘢啦。💆🏻‍♀️蜜汁叉燒煎雙蛋飯 + 凍檸茶叉燒好大件,但蜜汁似乎唔係好足夠,煎雙蛋不過不失。咖喱牛坑腩飯 🍛 + 黑糖牛乳涼粉冰 (特飲)咖喱比較重味,越食越辣,唔食得辣嘅會接受唔到。嚟到「牛奶冰室」,覺得一定要試下關於牛奶嘅嘢。本身嘅牛乳甜度再加黑糖,令到杯涼粉冰好甜。可能唔係好多人,上餐算快,唔洗等太耐就有得食。嘢食質素方面,普通茶餐廳嚟講都可以接受。😚

叉燒好大件,但蜜汁似乎唔係好足夠,煎雙蛋不過不失。


咖喱牛坑腩飯 🍛 + 黑糖牛乳涼粉冰 (特飲)
咖喱比較重味,越食越辣,唔食得辣嘅會接受唔到。


嚟到「牛奶冰室」,覺得一定要試下關於牛奶嘅嘢。本身嘅牛乳甜度再加黑糖,令到杯涼粉冰好甜。


可能唔係好多人,上餐算快,唔洗等太耐就有得食。嘢食質素方面,普通茶餐廳嚟講都可以接受。😚
