至於這個叉燒,上枱時感覺好像燶邊位較為多,但吃在口中又不是那一回事,而且佢嘅甜度比坊間較為輕,自己就覺得屬於正常版味道,取其梅頭肉是必然的,咬在口中很鬆化~

【整體而言自己就覺得(沒有比拼沒有傷害),但是如果攞米芝蓮星星的中菜廳來比拼,就以尖沙咀區兩間嘗試過的為例,這一間就較為失色,不論食物又或者服務,不過以旺角區這個價錢在酒店中其實已算不過不失,沒抱太大期望,所以沒有太大失望,雖然是入了廂房但是三張枱都比較嘈,相信跟在廳面坐不遑多讓。】
