我最近去咗一間土瓜灣附近打邊爐,試咗幾款特色菜式,包括湯底豬骨煲、手切牛肉、涼拌魚皮同墨魚滑。首先講返湯底豬骨煲,呢個湯底真係濃郁香濃。湯底以豬骨煮成,燉煮咗好耐嘅時間,味道濃郁鮮美。其次係手切牛肉。牛肉本身帶有豐富嘅牛肉香味,與湯底相互襯托,味道更加突出。再來講涼拌魚皮,呢個菜式非常清新開胃。魚皮薄脆,口感爽脆,搭配上特製的涼拌醬汁,味道酸甜微辣,非常開胃。魚皮本身沒有太多的腥味,而且吃起來清爽不膩口,非常適合作為火鍋的開胃菜。接著是墨魚滑,用墨魚肉和澄粉製成,搭配上湯底煮熟,吸收了湯底的味道,更加好味。
