To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好開心!星期日可以約媽媽兩個一齊食早餐。今日揀咗飲咖啡,食西式早餐。去咗大坑Classfied, 那裏的早餐選擇很多,唔喜歡飲咖啡,亦有西茶或果汁;他們廚師烹調出色,週末給引很多外藉人士,今早去到已經坐滿了人,好彩兩個人不用等太耐。我媽媽只想吃麵包加牛油及果醬,原因是不想吃太多肉,後來我替她點了三文魚蛋白奄列(餡料加上磨菇、洋蔥,甜椒及火腿粒),高蛋白低膽固醇食物自己則點了太陽蛋及多士早上,最票要係嘆一杯香濃咖啡,已經係賞心樂事!一日之計在於晨,一餐豐富早餐的確令人振奮!
