To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我們於19/7（五）約下午兩點半左右到達cafe，當時有職員食緊嘢🥪，又有職員同街坊傾緊計，感覺非常小店feel🤪。小店走日系路線，入面有2張椅子🪑，又或者可以坐出面（門口位置）。我們叫了開心果terrine及Cucumber soda espresso，共$118。❶開心果terrine（$68）：見到店員在雪櫃拎甜品出來，之後一邊解凍，一邊放大量開心果碎。Terrine第一層是開心果碎，第二層是開心果cream，第三層是開心果mousse。單吃cream的開心果味比mousse的濃，3層夾埋一齊食，超正🤩碟子也很漂亮😻❷Cucumber🥒 soda espresso🥤（$50）：店員說飲之前攪均勻，雖然漸層不是很明顯，但飲落去，聞到有青瓜味，好得意，soda espresso也是非常特別的體驗，有蘇打水味同時飲緊咖啡☕️。
