Restaurant: The Chef's Table
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

爸爸生日一家人想食好啲！但係佢又成日唔肯俾我哋請食飯，於是第一次用OpenRice嘅折扣優惠！估唔到價格超值之餘環境仲很好，食物種類又好多！特別想稱讚嘅係海鮮部分！無論係數量定係種類都好多，而且好新鮮，加上工作人員嘅效果都好好，就算係最受歡迎嘅蠔，明明好多人都會去拎，但唔會好似其他酒店咁樣慢慢開，結果累積左一條超長嘅人龍出黎強烈推薦鵝肝多士，鵝肝份量好足， 外脆內軟，一啖食落去完全係滿足嘅感覺，明知會肥都忍唔住食咗好多件
