To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話咁快又到老公牛一啦~ 不過今日我請唔到假陪佢!唯有收工同佢去食飯!佢個人都好鍾意食牛燒肉!所以選擇咗一間高擋的燒肉店食生日飯!當晚訂了晚七時半準時入座!一入座環境非常好, 裝修好日本feel !叫咗個不知名的牛舌,牛舌稍為薄身!燒幾下就食得,好爽口同彈牙!澳洲和牛西冷,睇相都已經好正!油脂分佈均勻!講算高級同埋幾靚!入口即溶嘅感覺!口感嫩淡淡牛脂香味!店長推薦所以加份和牛牛舌!較厚身切成長條型,所以亦方便易吃!而且肉質較為爽,肉感香口!相比之下勝之前不知名牛舌,肉質比前者更為嫩,味道Juicy!牛胸腹肉及牛肋肉肉味比較重⋯⋯而肉質相對澳洲和牛來説無咁稔!我地叫左一份海鮮大阪燒!材料都好足!個汁酸酸地甜甜地,口感很豐富!店長好好招待, 慢慢教我地方法點燒!另外店員都會主動黎睇下我地要唔要幫手!同埋抽風系統幾好!食完出黎件衣服都唔會好大煙味!老公今天生日快樂!另外可以自己燒表演本小姐廚藝!過程很開心,十分過癮!!!
