早幾天提早訂了枱, 與兩位好姐妹一行三人去了這間居酒屋吃晚飯,為其中一位餞行...這餐餞行飯吃得開心喝得盡興! 餐牌上的食物款式頗多, 我們點了一客炒烏冬和幾款食物飲品還有甜品. 餐廳店員先為我們送上味噌湯及前菜 (星期一至五特有的). 是晚前菜是醃蘿蔔.再來就是一款cold appetizer - 牛油果醬麻糬多士, 涼涼的牛油果醬真的很開胃, 內裡有幾種顏色賣相很美, 我們有問店員內裡紫色的粒粒是什麼, 原來是紫薯乾! (我們本來還估計是乾花) 醬內還有蕃茄粒和芫茜, 令口感和味道更豐富. 麻糬多士咬入口軟綿綿也頗好吃的.陸續吃了兩款炸物, 有炸雞 (配上甜辣醬) 和雜錦天婦羅. 炸雞炸得外脆內軟, 有六件每人兩件不用爭雜錦天婦羅包括有大蝦, 翠玉瓜, 南瓜, 茄子和金菇. 天婦羅炸漿薄薄一層 炸得很酥脆, 吃入口完全沒有油膩感. 我們還前後點了兩支冰凍梅酒, 梅酒味道很香濃, 跟炸物一起吃也很配合!又點了一客火炙醋鯖魚和一碟青咖哩雞肉炒烏冬. 醋鯖魚是我們三人都喜愛的, 這裡的醋鯖魚經過火炙後, 帶有炙燒焦香的風味, 魚油香味更加突出, 肉質仍保持鮮嫩柔軟, 口感味道都很讚
