四位閨蜜在新一年又聚會了,又是吃我最愛的大排檔小菜,總共叫了六款菜式,實在太豐富了,個個吃到捧着肚子走,哈,蠔仔粥超多料,烏頭魚勁多黃油,好有油香和鹹香味,魚肉嫩滑,再點普寧豆醬,實在太配合了,滑蛋蝦仁炒的火候剛剛好,一點老的感覺都沒有,黃金鮮色勁多鹹蛋黃,炸粉又不多,魷魚勁新鮮,確實一絕,另外豉椒炒聖子,聖子肉又肥又厚又飽滿又彈牙,最後來一碟青菜(蒜蓉炒白菜仔),為這一餐做個完美的句號,正!掂!
