To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

10/12/09(四)上次摸門釘後，很高興這裏終於重開。瑞典肉丸＋薯仔($10)：很抵食，肉丸依然美味，配上紅莓汁醬效果更佳，小薯仔也甚好，中和了肉丸的濃味。瑞典肉丸＋意粉($10)：後來發現買兩份好像只需19元，但不知是否兩份要同一款？下次留意一下。也是十分超值。三文魚蔬菜飯糰($39) ：大大的一碟，三文魚肉略硬實，蔬菜飯糰不錯。凍蝦杯($22) ：蝦鮮甜，每隻都有大量蝦籽，但又不敢吃下它。這是晚飯的第一部份，再到附近覓食去。
