Passion by Gerard Dubois呢日同友人慶祝完生日後,就去左Passion by Gerard Dubois食cake 一入到去見到琳琅滿目既甜品,大家都極為興奮!La Boule Cerise個cake係用櫻桃做既,唔會太甜,微酸,非常開胃,cherry mousse夠滑溜,最底有層朱古力米通,岩岩中和到mousse既甜度,食完唔會覺得膩口👍Chestnut Creme Brulee面層既焦糖燒得又香又脆,內層既燉蛋非常幼滑,有濃濃既蛋香,裡面仲有好多雲呢拿籽,另整個甜品既味道上左另一個層次😋Apple Crumble剛剛焗起,熱烘烘既蘋果批香氣撲鼻,非常吸引,敲一敲批面,卜卜脆😁酥脆既批面好有牛油香,而裡面就佈滿蘋果粒,酸甜度適中,再配上雲呢拿醬,中和蘋果既酸,好味道!😋
