接着是香煎三文魚配燒茴香、薯蓉、日曬蕃茄醬汁 Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet ($195)賣相一流。大大件的三文魚下墊了清爽嫩口的茴香、一大堆香滑薯茸,配上酸咪咪的日曬蕃茄醬汁,份量很足。趁熱先嚐厚大的三文魚,魚皮煎得金黃,把其切開,魚肉呈粉紅,還見到不少魚油。煎弄時間掌握得非常好,緊緊鎖住魚汁,啖啖鮮香,肉質相當嫩滑兼油潤,而魚皮則香脆鹹香,很美味。吃時可蘸些日曬蕃茄醬汁,酸咪咪中和了魚油的油膩感,非常夾!

另一道慢燉羊膝配羽衣甘藍、新薯、薯糰丸子加傳統羊肉汁 Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank($268)相當味美。羊膝已起肉,方便客人進食,細心!重量級的羊膝巨型多肉,底下還墊着不少飽肚的新薯和薯糰丸子,份量十足,最適合兩人共享。啖啖肉的羊膝非常腍嫩,淋上香濃的傳統羊肉汁,味道香濃,還嚐到些羊羶味,吃出羊的風味。而我特別喜歡黐着骨位置的肉質,連帶肉筋,煙煙韌韌,忍不住拿着整支骨來咬,相當滋味!新薯和薯糰丸子各有特式,前者粉綿兼滿有薯香;後者煙煙韌韌,口感不同,蘸些羊肉汁更美味。
