一個星期內幫襯咗兩間標榜燒鵝嘅餐廳, 一間係紅磡一龍, 今次幫襯燒鵝大皇全因為可以坐係旁邊條露天巷仔煲煙!優點:1, 緊係旁邊條吸煙巷仔專區啦!2, 點咗碟肥叉鵝, 燒肉雞同油菜菜芯, 肥叉一層肉一層肥肉夠味夠甜入口juicy多肉汁而且極軟極冧!3, 驚喜地切燒鵝脾! 鵝脾肉嫩多汁.4, 雖然店名叫燒鵝大皇, 但白切雞都唔錯, 入口無渣雞肉嫩滑.5, 油菜同兩碟飯份量足夠, 無偷工減料, 讚!缺點:1, 門口貼咗通知有糯米飯,點知無賣,失望!2, 燒肉皮唔脆, 而且燒肉嘅通病 - 味道太咸同樣存在.3, 燒鵝肉就出色, 同樣地皮唔夠脆.4, 油菜唔係落蠔油,蠔油夾自己口味,而配上豉油都係無咩味道.5, 相反果碟蔥蓉極值 Big 咸!同食鹽完全無分別!食咗包你開哂聲唱流行經典足50年!

1, 緊係旁邊條吸煙巷仔專區啦!

2, 點咗碟肥叉鵝, 燒肉雞同油菜菜芯, 肥叉一層肉一層肥肉夠味夠甜入口juicy多肉汁而且極軟極冧!

3, 驚喜地切燒鵝脾! 鵝脾肉嫩多汁.

4, 雖然店名叫燒鵝大皇, 但白切雞都唔錯, 入口無渣雞肉嫩滑.

5, 油菜同兩碟飯份量足夠, 無偷工減料, 讚!

缺點:

1, 門口貼咗通知有糯米飯,點知無賣,失望!

2, 燒肉皮唔脆, 而且燒肉嘅通病 - 味道太咸同樣存在.

3, 燒鵝肉就出色, 同樣地皮唔夠脆.

4, 油菜唔係落蠔油,蠔油夾自己口味,而配上豉油都係無咩味道.

5, 相反果碟蔥蓉極值 Big 咸!同食鹽完全無分別!食咗包你開哂聲唱流行經典足50年!
