To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍜 嗱嗱嗱，話說吓嘅午餐，我揀了呢間食肆，一坐低先點了個豆腐卜同埋個番茄湯底。啱啱，個番茄湯底真係正！湯味鮮甜，湯底微酸開胃，簡直perfect！啊啲米線又夠份量又過癮，口感爽滑得黎彈牙，食落真係正到不得了！埋單嘅青瓜拌皮蛋，嚟個開胃前哨戰，皮蛋味道濃郁，青瓜質感爽脆，呢一對搭檔，媽咪！真係幾得意嘅小食講起上次嗰椀重慶酸辣湯，我今次再選擇咗佢，心想食物總要碰碰新鮮。酸辣湯底啱晒今日嘅心情，面頭足料，湯底正中我那開胃度，帶點麻、有酸媽，相當提神。至於米線，依然係我嘅最愛，豐富湯底滋味落肚，刺激到我啲味蕾舔指回味。🍗 土匪雞翼係落單必選，炸到外脆內嫩，成件翼都醃得入味企貨，食落爽口嘅皮同多汁嘅肉，一試難忘！啖啖肉，每一啖都係香脆滿足感！總之，今次嘅午餐，真係食得嚟開心，食得嚟滿足，食得嚟好味，化作晏晝最好嘅能量～滿足晒呀！🌶️🍅🥒
