呢排係食蟹的好季節,約了朋友好好食番餐。整間店舖以木為主調,氣氛溫馨,四周主要為卡位,有私人空間,而且有蟹公仔做裝飾,可以同佢哋打吓卡,三五知己,坐得舒服。我哋叫咗一個特選會𥱊套餐蟹肉蟹籽沙律配帶子裙邊和牛蒂漬。沙律好醒胃,酸酸地嘅帶子裙邊魷魚絲口感,而牛蒡味濃郁。四品刺身拖羅,深海池魚,帆立貝、大蝦刺身,食材新鮮,肥美。蟹肉拖羅鍋巴配紅酒鵝肝柚子啫喱混合超多蟹肉一起吃,鍋巴脆卜卜,兩者混合口感一流。後食鵝肝,味道濃郁豐富。毛蟹主角毛蟹出場了,蒸熟咗再拆肉,好方便就食到啖啖肉, 味道十分鮮甜。海膽黑魚子蒸蛋熱個身食個蒸蛋,材料當然離不開蟹肉,再加上海膽魚子上乘食材,超滿足。浜燒鱈場蟹腳浜燒過多咗一份焦香,雪場蟹鮮甜厚肉,好正。A5和牛和牛燒得剛剛好,油脂分布平均,配上特製蒜油、芥末籽來做醬,夾上蒜片一起食,提升了層次。海鮮茶碗湯賣相得意,用茶碗上,材料除了蟹肉還用了松茸菇、小元貝、鯛魚片,好鮮味。松葉蟹雜炊超多蟹肉和配料,十分暖胃。芝士蛋糕加柚子啫喱用甜品就結畫上一個完美的句號。
