To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前朋友講開發現上環有間榮華南洋冰室，以星馬舊式冰室為主題，供應東南亞美食，所以決定去試下。餐廳位於上環差館上街1A號地下。裝修有傳統茶檔風味，紙皮石地板、木枱凳，裝修簡約，很有南洋懷舊風。餐廳供應東南亞美食，如海南雞飯、串燒及咖央多士等美食。海南雞髀飯，用起骨雞髀，食落啖啖肉，雞髀肉嫩滑肉厚，配以泰式香茅雞油飯及醬汁，配黃薑飯，飯粒分明，香軟，味道香濃。特色豬扒脆豬包，豬扒有焦香感覺，不會太乾身，脆豬包亦非常香脆。咖央西多士，塗上馬六甲知名的咖央醬，入口滿是甜美椰香，甜而不膩，富地道風味。咖央厚厚的，絕不吝嗇。最後加上一杯奶茶同咖啡完美。
