To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間粉嶺知名小店，好多時都係夜晚嚟食，難得假日早起身，就去試吓佢嘅早餐先~店內客人唔多，唔怕會比人趕走，就慢慢坐吓，食份靚早餐喇~C餐:熱香餅配雞肉腸+熱檸水都係HKD32，以一間有質素嘅餐廳嚟講，收費並唔算高！自家製嘅熱香餅雖然唔夠鬆化，但食得出好香鮮奶味~加上牛油和糖漿幸福感UP呀!另外，雞肉腸係無用油煎過感覺健康好多，唔似得出面只係識用廚X牌嘅勁咸腸仔!見到佢算係厚身，足足有2大塊，我估計男人食都好夠飽架！
