To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沿路行入去，見到架精緻小巧嘅玻璃䌫車仔，載你上去隔離座玻璃屋餐廳，已經覺得好正🤩 真係好有特色又好靚。佢空間好大，對正海灘，近到好似觸手可及咁，採光又好。因為太曬所以拉咗天花簾，但夜晚就會開返。今日天氣勁好，唔熱，weekday大澳又冇乜人，所以好好彩一入去就坐window seats 。食正下午茶時段，叫咗杯紅樹林特飲同檸檬蜂蜜特飲。紅樹林嗰個我覺得好飲啲，有啲似楓糖漿隻味🍁嘢食質素嚟講呢就認真普通😅1. 炸魚薯條配蝦醬tar tar sauce 👌佢為咗添加大澳特色，每個餐都有啲蝦米啊蝦醬咁嘅嘢加落去。但個sauce 唔會話好奇怪，同啲魚又幾夾喎。不過舊炸魚就一般貨色啦，薯條都係似炸薯仔多啲。2. 蝦醬豬扒包👌有啲太咸，但都ok 嘅，可以填飽個肚。啲食物畀人感覺唔算太用心，好茶記feel ，不過我覺得佢個view 咁靚都值回票價嘅，同埋睇返餐牌，百零蚊有個set 又唔算太貴喎，我都收貨啦。

佢為咗添加大澳特色，每個餐都有啲蝦米啊蝦醬咁嘅嘢加落去。但個sauce 唔會話好奇怪，同啲魚又幾夾喎。不過舊炸魚就一般貨色啦，薯條都係似炸薯仔多啲。
