Urban Park 最近在多份飲食雜誌的曝光率頗高,成功吸引筆者的注意。在完成一整天的繁忙工作,特意到訪這個以閙市中的綠州作賣點的餐廳看看。餐廳開業於一酒店商廈的四樓,店內分室內外兩區。長長的酒吧與半開放式的廚房佔了室內部份的一半位置。另一半是裝潢時尚的用餐區,整潔舒適。至於室外區域,正正是城市綠州的所在。一片綠油油的「草地」,邊旁放置了一長長的梳化,晚上可供品酒閒座。在日間時間,更可席地而坐,享受野餐風味。當然,有否食客這樣做又是另一問題 =P趁未齊人,筆者先四處拍照及先點菜點飲品。是晩佳餚美酒如下:Fresh Mango Daiquiri with Chocolate Rind:盛載得滿滿的芒果沙冰雞尾酒飲品,果味濃而酒味輕(其實近乎無),極易入口。不過,因沙冰會隨時間溶化,如不及時品嚐,飲料會不斷從杯邊溢出,有點不便。House White (Pinot Grigio):白酒由意大利出產,酒感比較強及酸感比較重。Assorted Bread:以銀色的小鐵盒盛載,賣相小巧別緻。在冬日時節親手品嚐兩件暖笠笠的小麵包,怎説也是賞心樂事,更可況配上幼滑的牛油,風味更佳。Prawns &
