對於福建菜我認識不深今天就和家父去尋個究竟先來了一個蝦苗拌頭水紫菜頭水紫菜就是頭次採割的紫菜紫菜爽滑帶微酸是很開胃的前菜良品九轉小腸爽口沒有肥膩感熱騰騰的紫菜煎很香脆紫菜配煎蛋還是第一次吃呢鹵麵湯底是糊糊的比較像是台灣的口味再追加一份一品海蠣煎說穿了就是蠔餅蛋漿炸得十分香脆而且蛋香味濃郁這一個夜晚就在閩南風情間徐徐渡過

先來了一個蝦苗拌頭水紫菜

頭水紫菜就是頭次採割的紫菜

紫菜爽滑帶微酸

是很開胃的前菜良品

九轉小腸爽口沒有肥膩感

熱騰騰的紫菜煎很香脆

紫菜配煎蛋還是第一次吃呢

鹵麵湯底是糊糊的

比較像是台灣的口味

再追加一份一品海蠣煎

說穿了就是蠔餅

蛋漿炸得十分香脆而且蛋香味濃郁

這一個夜晚就在閩南風情間徐徐渡過
