To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得對上一次光顧已經是三年前...突然對2個月前仲未食到滿足的北京填鴨而耿耿於懷...剛過正月十五, 拆完利是, 頓時富貴了少少, 就相約友人豪一豪去北京樓大擦一餐啦!店內環境依舊整潔企理, 充滿中國風, 周邊的中式陳設都一絲不苟!茶方面, 我們叫了龍井, 清香而不澀, 合我口味!um...碟開胃前菜好好味, 所以食了半碟先記得影相 第一道: 紅油抄手 HK$48 (有6粒)先要讚一讚size剛好, 女生來說兩三啖左右就可以食完一粒! 雖然好多時都話要大件夾抵食, 但本小姐覺得size在原創時已定下大小細有其原因, 個人認為點心小吃其實都不應太大粒呢! 其二, 味道有層次!一入口就有重重的鮮肉味, 還有少少海鮮的鮮味, 估計應該是魚油/蝦的味道! 說明了有紅油, 當然辣味是其中的精髓, 辣油香就不在講, 入口時少少辣, 再食多一會辣味會慢慢沁透出來, 正!第二道, 主角出場: 北京填鴨 HK$420 (一隻)北京填鴨沒有半隻ORDER, 散叫的話一定要一隻上, 確保即燒即切! 侍應初時說要等30分鐘左右, 20分鐘左右就已經OK, 然後會先奉上整隻烤好的鴨給我們過目, 繼而問"肉連皮切

第二道, 主角出場: 北京填鴨 HK$420 (一隻)
北京填鴨沒有半隻ORDER, 散叫的話一定要一隻上, 確保即燒即切! 侍應初時說要等30分鐘左右, 20分鐘左右就已經OK, 然後會先奉上整隻烤好的鴨給我們過目, 繼而問"肉連皮切, 還是皮肉分開切?" 我比較鍾意肉連皮, 答完後就會拎去切喇! 一隻北京填鴨可以切到有兩大碟肉片呢! 當然少不得皮, 京蔥, 青瓜及秘製醬汁! 皮比印象中厚少少, 所以都算幾飽肚, 京蔥味濃, 青瓜爽脆, 加上味道剛好的醬汁...老實講, 無得彈!

金華火腿的咸香味夠, 但又不會過咸, 津白煮得很"林", 每條的大小均一, 方便食用! 可惜的是份量少了些...

第四道: 鴨鬆生菜包 (二食) HK$95
雖然是二食, 但味道只是OK, 有洋蔥, 冬菇粒等配料炒香填鴨餘下的鴨肉...但沒什麼特別之處, 好似浪費了試其他佳餚的Quota, 再光臨時應該不會再叫這道菜, 唯一值得一讚就是生菜都有修剪過, 方便包餡~

落單時侍應已說明要大約15分鐘, 上枱時的確熱騰騰的! 份量大概一個普通飯碗左右, 質感不錯, 不會太稀亦不會太杰身, 中間還有少少豆沙, 不太甜, 幾好!

嘻嘻...盡了最後努力都吃不完填鴨, 不是因為不好吃, 只是個胃唔生性>_<...當然不可以浪費如此美食, 一於打包! 打包都好細心, 該分開放的都分開! 回家翻熱還是很不錯呢~
