To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 闊太當然唔係我,只係同阿媽久唔久去一次飲茶咁大把,但無可否認,半島嘉麟閣真係好有水準o既中菜,頂級服務,即叫即蒸,最欣賞係佢o既茶,頂級鐵觀音冇青澀味,甘香帶甜,茶壺的的式式,沖一次水倒滿一杯子茶,非常雅致,因為佢最貴係茶錢嘛,要成本$60一位呀,哈哈!我仲撞見煮o野蘇同施南生添呀!
