傾盤大雨,同朋友急急腳搵地方避雨同食飯,經過旺角依間餐廳,決定入去試下!原來佢依加做緊壽喜燒,咁嘅價錢依倒日本和牛幾吸引,緊係要叫。餐牌有好詳細嘅介紹同教學,我地叫嘅Set A有250g日本A4黑毛和牛,日本蘭王蛋2隻,野菜豆腐盤,同任添白飯。當所有菜上左,店員好熱心幫我地起鍋,先用牛油同蔥煎香,再幫我地煎左一片和牛,沾上蛋汁,真係味覺嘅享受。店員同我地講建議牛同蔬菜都可以分一半,一半燒另一半壽喜燒,唔同食法咁可以試晒兩種味道。個人同朋友都中意較厚較小片嘅牛煎香食,而較薄片較大片嘅牛做壽喜燒,可以參考下🤔。除左和牛理所當然好有油花、入口即化、好香牛味,沾埋日本蘭王蛋係再加分,好有蛋味,真係同出面唔同。蔬菜盤都好新鮮。值得一試!
