難得晨早流流去上水,當然係我最鍾意嘅茶餐廳食個早餐先。喺火車站附近有好多茶餐廳揀,都唔知揀邊個。行啦行去到啲小巷,有間茶餐廳細細地,但係個門面就幾吸引,所以就入咗去食咗早餐。一份標準嘅港式早餐,一定有沙爹牛麵、奄列同埋牛油方包。其實唔同茶餐廳做沙嗲牛嗰個醬汁都有唔同嘅味道,有啲會偏鹹啲,有啲就側重辣味,但普遍都係以啡黑色為主。而呢間就似五香肉丁汁加沙嗲牛,未知呢個溝法係佢專登定唔小心,令我有少少混淆,食落去仲有啲兩頭唔到岸嘅感覺,而麵嘅質地就非常之一般,所以兩樣加埋起上嚟就失色啲。至於奄列就冇落奶,亦因為煎過熟老火咗。牛油方包就標榜厚切麵包,其實薄切多牛油已經夠,厚身麵包如果發得唔好,就變咗死死實實,成塊嘢凍冰冰哽落口好難受,所以麵包都唔得。最後唯有杯檸檬茶,正正常常3片檸檬,好彩仲有啲檸檬味。成份早餐都搵唔到重點好食嘅地方,呢個價錢喺其他地區應該會再好啲。
