傳統老字號陳儀興!開放堂食約左朋友食下飯,一講起潮式打冷應該無人唔知。「打冷」必食一定係潮式凍烏頭,可以話係打冷既代表食物。烏頭先蒸後放涼,餐廳會幫手起脊骨,啖啖魚肉鮮甜嫩滑,醮上豆醬更滋味!滷水拼盤,有生腸、墨魚、紅腸、滷水大腸、五花腩肉、滷水蛋,自家秘制滷水鹹甜適中,質素都好平均。最鍾意佢既五花腩肉,彈牙有口感!第一次食糯米釀大腸,原來都係潮州傳統名菜。將糯米釀入豬腸中,蒸煮後再切片煎香!糯米吸收左材料的味道,變得綿香煙韌,加上焦脆外皮,蘸上潮州醬汁,甜甜地幾開胃!
