To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日收工同朋友黎到南豐紗廠食野,點知有開既餐廳唔多。見到呢間有開就入去試吓~餐廳既空間感超大,而且有好多綠色植物,好似鬧市中既森林咁。加埋啲特色既檯櫈,同民族風既裝飾,就好似去左旅行咁!負責人話佢哋既野食以食物原味為主,唔會落雞粉個啲添加物,令我哋非常期待~我哋今次叫左個二人餐!✨本地豚肉梅菜馬蹄波係呢到既signature!本身擔心梅菜會好鹹,點知食落梅菜味唔重,唔會喧賓奪主。豬肉加左馬蹄之後,口感變得更加豐富,減輕左油膩感!油炸左之後好香口,就算唔點sauce 都好好食~✨蕃茄羅勒水牛薄餅餅底係薄,邊邊位食落好脆。成個pizza 好足料,超多水牛芝士,加埋啲蕃茄爆哂汁,勁juicy。最後新鮮羅勒加左獨特既香氣,簡直就係畫龍點睛!✨大澳蝦醬海鮮意粉蝦醬通常都係炒通菜,但估唔到整意粉都可以,而且好夾!海鮮夠新鮮彈牙,連埋啲蒜、菇,口感好豐富。蝦醬獨特既鮮香味令碟意粉更加惹味,而啲忌廉中和左蝦醬既咸,仲令個意粉好掛汁!✨香蕉、芒果、菠蘿汁好少地方有鮮榨既果汁!又估唔到呢個combination 咁夾,真係勁好飲!聽講呢度逢weekend就會有live Band演出,下次放假一定會再過嚟c
