To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近突然很喜愛食上海菜（其實是身心念著炸饅頭），今次試一試天后分店的上海弄堂。天后分店鋪位頗細，但也整齊企理，牆上掛著中國畫，雅致舒適。點了一個家鄉燻魚、弄堂冷麵，當然不少得炸銀絲卷！家鄉燻魚醬香味甜，冷盤上桌，吃到魚的鮮味，表面未有炸得脆身，外層略韌。弄堂冷麵份量相當大，拉麵、青瓜、蛋絲拌上濃濃的芝麻醬，二人分吃才能吃得完。到我最期待的炸銀絲卷，表面炸得相當脆，金黃麵皮包著一條條銀絲，外面鬆脆，裡面綿密，沾上煉奶，相當出色！套餐也相當抵食!
