好耐無食西餐,今日行開銅鑼灣就諗住試下呢間西班牙餐廳。首先前菜沙律係我食過最好食嘅沙律。調味非常用心,例如用咗紫菜去做出少少鹹味,唔同落鹽嗰種死鹹;亦都有油香,加埋啲紅椒絲,好豐富又有層次。Sourdough 麵包好香脆鬆軟,辣腸切開咗富有肉嘅口感,鹹辣口味好開胃。而炒蛋溫熱柔軟 搭配埋個麵包個口感入口即化!推薦!而三文治用竹炭麵包已經好打卡able,主角吉豬好鬆軟,加上芥末子同醬絕對人人啱食。最後甜品time 嘅巴斯克蛋糕甜度適中,表面做到焦香厚實,內部柔軟濃厚芝士味,另外擺盤都好夠精緻!呢到嘅環境好舒適,而員工都非常有禮貌。食物質素高價錢又合理,會想再嚟食😝
