To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日中午，襯小朋友返左學，同老公二人世界去拍拖食好野，呢間係厚福街H8樓上9樓，叫amitie kitchen ，方便得嚟，地方又舒服。Lunch menu 價錢好合理，見到有牛扒都只係＄168有set,我同朋友share 來食，就揀左呢個烤燒阿根廷牛扒，同柚子味噌北海道帆立貝意大利麵（＄118）,加了15元要餐包，包了餐飲，要了凍檸茶。先講餐包，好正，有三款包，而且包仲係熱的，配上牛油同士多啤梨醬，好食。牛扒要左5成熟，岩岩好，牛味濃，勁大塊，可以跟飯，意粉同薯菜，我地配左意粉，所以份量勁多好大碟，配菜都好食，烤茄子，翠玉瓜等，吾會很乾，仲保留了瓜汁好食。至於帆立貝意大利麵，佢柚子味都很出，感覺清新，而帆立貝大大粒，煎得好香好食，意粉軟硬適中，加左小麿菇，好食。整體環境，食物，服務都吾錯，會帶朋友再來。
