To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非常肥美,有一定嘅厚度。食落好鮮甜而且好新鮮。咬落去好柔軟而且好有油香👍🏻非常推薦🤩

冇諗到原來份量咁多,非常足料。
呢隻厚燒甜蛋係熱嘅,食落去有好多湯汁。富有蛋香。加上有柚子嘅味道,食落去有淡淡的柚子香味🌟,唔會太濃烈。甜蛋同柚子呢一個配搭幾清新同特別。🥚✨非常推薦😍

牛肉稻庭手打烏冬$52
烏冬上菜時,啲牛肉係未熟嘅。我同朋友當時睇到都嚇咗一跳😂因為真係紅通通的。所以嚟到我就即刻將啲牛肉放到烏冬底下,希望用啲湯嘅餘溫整返熟佢。🥩
唔知係咪熟得剛剛好嘅關係,食落去好嫩滑,柔軟。牛肉味好香,而且唔會有好多肥膏同筋😝份量都有四片左右,幾大塊。
至於烏冬方面,用上稻庭烏冬。 🍜佢冇讚岐烏冬咬落去咁有嚼口,比較淋身,似米線咁😂

上林春松-抹茶卷蛋 $58
用上創業450年嘅宇治茶舖嘅抹茶粉去做呢個甜品🍵食落好有抹茶香味,抹茶味偏濃,唔會太甜😋卷蛋嘅忌廉都有香抹茶味,而且好滑。成個卷蛋雪得好凍,所以忌廉雪到有啲似食雪糕嘅感覺🍨
配碟有雲呢拿雪糕糯米糍。如果單點呢個雪糕糯米糍都要$38但呢一個卷蛋已經包埋一粒,所以好抵。🍨而且呢個雪糕糯米糍雲呢拿味好香,唔會太甜,好有去日本食嘅感覺。糯米糍皮好薄。
仲有兩粒丸子同紅豆蓉🍡丸子正常發揮,紅豆蓉唔會太硬同太甜。

衛生方面,非常之乾淨。入去坐嘅時候會比一個紙袋裝口罩同埋濕紙巾去清潔雙手。座位方面非常舒適,座位距離較闊。坐得舒服而且唔會好嘈,唔會聽到隔離枱講嘢。

總括而言,如果你唔想比$200急急腳咁食放題,食好多嘢填飽個肚就算。🤢呢一度就可以俾你同朋友好好咁傾吓計👭,慢慢食有質素嘅食物。唔使同人迫,又可以享受到舒適嘅環境同埋高質嘅日本菜🍵,呢間都係一個唔錯嘅選擇👍🏻
