To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本係18號Farewell個同事兼波友,點知原來我嗰日放假響31號之前就約咗佢28號即係今日補數啦。本身18號食咗嘅其他朋友仔,佢哋都唔介意再join多一次。大家掉啲意見出嚟,大部份都係中菜,因為佢哋18號食咗西餐,我又麻麻哋中菜,所以我就提議食日本嘢啦。結果日本嘢勝出。打電話去book枱,點知佢話要會員先有得book原來會員都要分唔同等級,最低Level嘅八両會員冇得book ,後尾用盡人情牌先至book到。五個人當中,我揀咗一個比較貴嘅壽司set ($168)但係成個感覺都Grand好多喎另外有三位嗌咗同一款$148 壽司set。驟眼睇好似同我嗰個set差唔多,不過分別在細節囉。食嘅9款 壽司高下立見,我個款仲多咗茶碗蒸(你竟然有粒帶子響入面我覺得好鮮甜)我嘅九款壽司當中 九宮格中間位係Tolo壽司 另外仲有我最鍾意嘅左口魚裙邊、帶子、吞拿魚蓉等等,絕對冇普通嗰啲玉子/三文魚等等所以真係一分錢一分貨囉。而另外嗰位就嗌咗份樣樣有啲嘅set:包括普通版壽司、烏冬同埋炸物。坦白講,我已經好耐冇嗌過呢一種款式嘅set !因為食咗咁多年嘢,我都係覺得最緊要精!在意想唔到嘅係每一個人嘅set都包括咗一個小食- 南瓜。估唔到簡簡單單都咁好味。其實我有啲唔好意思,我係識最貴set嘅唯一一個人,但係最終大家平均圍咗條數就算。我知道其中有一個人有啲意見,我暗暗地等佢俾少幾蚊,希望佢唔好介意啦。

全部都係牛筋,Un 過你條命,多脂肪,冇乜牛肉。醬油味過重,蓋過曬的牛肉味,沙律菜似梅菜,唔新鮮,好似擺咗好奈,唯一正常係麵豉湯。唔其他就係垃圾。終於明白咁多朋友點解要返國內搵食。香港飲食終結!

晚上同老婆進餐,點了魚生,壽司,炸物等等,發覺用料跟元氣分別不大,最貴的拖羅也不太新鮮,而且小孩不停喧嘩,根本沒法靜下來吃飯,亦沒有人勸阻,相當難受嘈吵。消費了800以上也吃不飽,卻換來一肚子氣,而且回家後腸胃炎了一星期以上。以後不會再光顧。整體服務其實不算差,但食物質素真的不配這價錢,魚生最緊要新鮮,連這基本也做不到,壽司也是粗製濫造,只有刀工10分好,每片魚生都薄到透明,連爭鮮也不如,吃過其他分店,暫時這間最差。

今晚去德福專門店攞按摩器,順道同老公拍拖行下街入年貨送禮,當然係德福醫埋肚仔。近排食中菜比較多,所以今晚想試下日本菜。見這間千両足夠寧靜,決定試試。打開餐牌,坦白講 無咩驚喜,咁就唯有隨便點幾個比較想食的。千両的光線比較暗,卡位餐桌大,2人用餐十分寬敞。冰見牛肉烏冬$60細細碗,湯底清,所以牛肉味比較特出,烏冬質感滑,熱食推介特選刺身拼盤$2867款海鮮,質素一般,除左帶子,其他都唔太鮮味,三文魚有筋鐵板牛油粟米$38好香,無燒焦,但牛油太多,有點膩特選壽司拼盤$23510件不同款式壽司,魚生都係唔夠新鮮餐點沒有驚喜,食物質素一般,個人認為這個定價應有更好的質素,所以可以不試。💟🩷必須推陳出新,方能成功留住食客💟❤️ 留港消費,幫助香港💋

今日同朋友去咗德福廣場嘅千両食lunch,lunch set做到下午5點半,平日嘅下午兩點幾唔算多人,我哋唔使等位就入得,呢間餐廳座位闊落,環境都幾舒服。我哋嗌咗百両定食同埋炙燒壽司加牛肉烏冬定食。炙燒壽司加牛肉烏冬定食有四件壽司,包括炙燒三文魚腩、炙燒赤海蝦、炙燒帶子同炙燒鰻魚,全部隻燒完嘅壽司都好香口,赤海蝦同帶子仲有一陣好香嘅牛油味,食落都好新鮮爽口。牛肉烏冬個湯底清甜,牛肉送上枱嘅時候仲有少少生,但放咗一陣之後就比熱湯整熟咗,所以熟嘅程度拿捏得啱啱好,咬落去好腍同有牛味,烏冬就比較幼身,食落去口感幼滑。另外仲有芝麻餐醬生菜沙律同三件炸物,包括炸蝦同炸魚,炸到好香脆。百両定食有六件壽司,包括三文魚、蟹籽三文魚軍艦、天婦羅蝦卷、鯛魚同貝類,全部都幾新鮮,手握飯團大細適中。熱烏冬湯底清甜,充滿濃濃嘅木魚味,幼身嘅烏冬好彈牙。天婦羅炸物有三件,包括南瓜、番薯、大蝦,同埋芝麻醬生菜沙律。總括而言,呢兩個午市定食都算有水準同抵食!📍九龍灣偉業街33號德福廣場1期1樓F27號舖位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊🍊整體CP值:🍊🍊🍊🍊
