記得十幾年前曾經特登走黎買過牛肉餅返屋企食,嗰陣好似係讀緊大學,轉眼十幾年了,第一次黎堂食,風味依舊,一啲都無令人失望。叫左個咖哩牛腩、雞絲海蜇、羊肉春卷,最緊要當然係牛肉餅。咖哩牛腩應該係我食過最好味,佢有種獨特嘅香味,啲牛腩又好林又入味,介乎係似羶不羶之間,有種令人一吃再吃嘅衝動,一定要配飯吃,我諗淨係啲汁可以送3碗飯。雞孌海蜇好香麻油味,不過相比起來就無甚特別。羊肉春卷熱辣辣即炸,好鬆脆香口,不過啲羊肉就有啲韌。最好味一定係牛肉餡餅,一咬啲肉汁噴射而出,足足有三湯匙咁多肉汁,就算擺到最尾先食依然後滾熱辣,味道咸香濃厚,同十幾年前係一樣㗎。
