ASOK THAI GARDEN於尖沙咀開店時一直很多人, 所以沒有吃.發現荃灣西新了,餐廳設計私隱度高望不到食客.喜歡靜靜地朋友最適合, 進入餐廳像去Spa的悠哉氣氛,令人放鬆心情。枱與枱之間隔都好大,坐得舒服。我們晚餐選了3個菜式,當然啤酒係泰國菜必配。冬陰功大頭蝦湯 -用料足入口酸辣味強烈,沙煲上枱比較存熱,刺激味蕾首選。青咖哩(雞)配上薄餅 青咖哩不太辣,反而有種清甜香料味,有洋蔥,茄子和薯仔做配料好入味。咖哩雞肉是雞脾位置,肉質嫩滑有要求。印度薄餅酥脆並富牛油香飛天小椰菜 以為炒菜好普通,但小椰菜有一片片摘開來炒所以菜吸收了滿滿咸香,辣辣地口感爽嫩,鑊氣足,味道一流。是拉差辣椒虎蝦海鮮意大利飯 驚訝泰式意大利飯,賣相好漂亮,大大隻燒虎蝦/青口/尤魚/蝦片。首先飯夠綿臥,綿密充滿芝士醇香酸辣惹味有地中海菜影子,飯份量不多但幾口就飽了,濃濃異國風情。啤酒選了 SINGHA& ASAHI 滑溜泡泡冰涼入口
