To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日喺荃灣返工，附近好多嘢都食過晒，都係啲車仔麵啦米線啦茶餐廳嗰啲袋，所以就同咗阿媽搵一啲特別啲嘅嘢食！咁我同佢都係喺附近返工，都係1:00放lunch，所以就約埋一齊喺附近食，今日佢就話帶我去呢一間生龍清湯腩茶餐廳，因為佢話同事成日嚟呢度食，又成日叫嗰個咖喱牛腩飯去做外賣。咁我就同佢入咗呢一間啦，佢呢度嘅咖喱係巴基斯坦咖喱，牛腩就係每日有屠房新鮮暈過去嘅，但我就唔覺得有咩咁特別啦，係啲咖喱有陣巴基斯坦嗰啲味囉味囉🙈我自己本人就唔係特別太鍾意，甚至要叫杯凍檸茶去沖一沖咁濃烈咁重口味嘅巴基斯坦咖喱，咁佢聲稱就係安格斯牛嚟嘅，而我係食唔出嘅🤣反而我覺得我阿媽叫嗰個清湯腩先至真係佢哋嘅招牌菜，佢仲可以揀牛坑腩呀，同埋唔知啲咩特別嘅牛腩咁樣嘅，下次可以再試吓！
