To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋晚食宵夜，佢8:30開始宵夜時段，我8:40左右去到,佢聲稱食到11點，點知10:55個阿姐棋喺大門口，然後好大聲咁大叫：哥仔你走唔走啊我落閘？真係乜嘢態度呢？我諗住飲埋杯嘢就走啦得返幾啖，真係咁想收工， 咁唔好做啦阿姐....仲有叫佢地加水佢唔同你加，就咁掉低壼水要你自己加....隔離成為枱多人嘅佢就會加，真係見人講人話見鬼講鬼話，不過d阿姐真係咁上下，唔可以咁強求....另外食物方面質素都合格，性價比都可以， 無乜伏野, 係我食果幾舊雞唔知點解‘巷巷地’另外會有漏單，不過你同佢講好快都會俾返你。
