To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午四時多,要吃點東西祭肚,選擇這店因為對它的食物有信心.兩個人,一個要豬手河加涷檸蜜,我告訴阿姐要水胶麵,她覆著我說淨水胶,我更正她說是水胶麵,她又像機械人的又說淨水胶,真氣人.我再一字一字的說是:水...胶...麵.她才醒來.五分鐘有得食,但飲品仍舊是錯給了熱檸蜜,再一把抓住這位在夢遊的阿姐,她還堅持我柯打的是熱檸蜜,真是豈有此理,說天氣三十多度,如何飲得下,她才知錯了柯打,問我們想點?我要她取些冰粒,才解決了問題.說回來,這裡的麵和水胶,豬手是有水準的,湯底就很普通.這次不快的遭遇只是偶然的吧.還是會再來的.
