To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 青衣有兩間稻香，兩者相距5分鐘，我一般會選擇翠怡商場呢間，因為環境比較安靜，等位亦較容易。今日嚟食阿拉斯加蟹，幾乎每張枱都係食呢樣，因為仲平過自己係出邊買蟹。三個人叫咗一隻五斤嘅蟹，在另外叫咗一個菜。蟹蒸左大概半個鐘，賣相一流，味道有蟹味，但唔算10分出色，比以前喺其他地方食過嘅差，可能呢個就係價錢平嘅原因。食完之後，有啲後悔叫咗多個菜，因為真係好飽。隔離枱熟客同經理要免費糖水，話自己三個人幫襯左差不多一千蚊，經理都冇乜所謂，送咗糖水比佢哋，但因為我太飽，所以冇嘗試要求，如果面皮夠厚可以嘗試吓。
