To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到現在的食評好像沒有提過阿活,就今趟一評這裡吧!這裡的快餐已幫襯不下十數次,總覺有兩樣食品是不錯的,肉醬意粉及咖哩牛腩;前者的意粉確實夠彈牙及香味,不腍身之餘配合勁味茄汁肉醬,比起很多標榜正宗西餐廳的好得多。咖哩不是港式的,是濃濃辣辣的咖哩味道,不會分辨是印式或坡式或是泰式,但以阿活咖哩來作招來的是做到了;是趟幫襯的咖哩牛腩,根腩各半,腍身之餘又不多渣,配上白飯是一絕;唯一敗筆是內裡的薯仔尺寸太大,不夠入味。其他的燒臘、炒飯、吉列什麼什麼不敢恭維,若下次想食咖哩又要快手的話,這裡的是不錯的選擇。另外這集團近年的Marketing著實做得不錯,起用一個另類風格的Actor 及全新的Logo、裝修、出品,現在勝負未分但戰況頗為吸引!
