To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗真係有不少平民美食，今日就係基隆街發掘左呢間港式小店，一入去就發覺食客多數係街坊熟客老闆推介我必試佢嘅招牌名物「爆漿阿華田西多士」西多士面層灑滿阿華田粉，加上澎湃的流心阿華田醬和煉奶，夾心塗滿花生醬，超邪惡，至適合相機食先打卡。（落單前可以自選花生醬夾心或者朱古力夾心）切開西多士，流心阿華田醬徐徐流出，好吸引小店還有爆漿草莓西多士，用上台灣士多啤梨醬，下次可以再來過餐廳另有供應車仔麵、蔥油雞扒飯、煎餃子等港式美食，價錢貼地
