To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度大閘蟹季節, 丫女話要把握時機食多幾餐大閘蟹, 今晚佢就帶我到中環翠亨邨食咗呢個限定set --珍味大閘蟹宴套餐。供應期至到下個月13號咋!從長樓梯行上去, 就係翠亨邨, 地方唔算好大, 但環境舒適清靜, 坐得舒服。套餐以每位計算, 每位可以獨食兩隻大閘蟹, 大部份菜式均以蟹粉入饌,同時亦品嚐到翠亨邨招牌菜燒乳鴿, 滿足又飽肚~蟹肉文思豆腐羹:豆腐羹足料好杰, 豆腐切得超幼細, 令口感滑得近乎入口即化, 夾集一梳梳蟹肉, 每啖都很鮮甜。清蒸大閘蟹 (每隻約4両):大閘蟹蟹膏甘甜creamy, 蟹肉鮮甜, 可以食夠兩隻, 滋味又滿足。食完大閘蟹再送上薑茶暖暖胃。脆皮燒乳鴿 (每位一隻)乳鴿皮酥脆唔油, 肉質細嫩juicy, 份量竟然係每位一隻, 盡顯足料。蟹粉玉簪蝦球、蟹粉扒時蔬:蝦球好爽, 至於莧菜甘甘地, 同樣配上有如剛才第一道食嘅羹嘅調味(相比只係冇咗豆腐絲), 食出蟹嘅鮮味。蟹粉炒飯:炒飯都幾有穫氣, 炒得粒粒分明, 蟹粉味唔多突出, 反而加入了梳梳蟹肉, 細味都食到鮮甜。甜品有薑茶芝麻湯丸。凡惠顧套餐,  即可以優惠價每杯$68*升級品嚐精選古越龍山廿年陳花雕酒, 同時
