To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前日就食左譚仔三哥限定米線‘花膠雞美線’，今日就食譚仔同樣都係限定’蟲草花雞湯米線‘比一比高低吧！三哥主打花膠養顏，譚仔就出蟲草補身！先講下叫左咩先，蟲草花雞湯米線$42+紅豆椰汁糕$8+$20兩杯特飲+番茄🍅湯底（魚片頭/魚腐/金菇）+兩個小食！蟲草米線內有四件圓扁形雞件、中量蟲草、木耳、糖心蛋！湯底加左蟲草沖淡左不少鹹味易入口同食完唔口乾。糖心蛋做到有少少流心效果但唔知係咪雞蛋🥚，因爲蛋身略嫌偏細！特飲分別係柚子利賓納，利賓納唔夠味同飲到柚子苦味！好唔夾！唔好飲！另一杯茉莉花清茶配糖圓子相對清香甜甜地！之後個番茄🍅米線！記得之前譚仔d餸都係2～3舊，但今次魚腐同魚片頭都各有5舊！嘩左🤣🤣最後來個甜點紅豆椰汁糕收尾，細細件食落好似紅豆冰，唔覺有椰汁味！綜合兩個限定版米線，個人覺得蟲草米線好味d，一黎餸款式多d,冇咁鹹！兩黎佢雞件冇骨同滑d!
